Hunting FreakZ was born from a group of close friends and hunters that went to extremes on public lands. These few friends (Kyle, Rudy "B", and yours truly) are well known for extreme measures to get on trophy public land whitetails, AND HAVE CONSISTEN SUCCESS when most failed. Our success didn't just consist of kills, but of quality hunts, encounters, and stories, although there was never shortages of backstraps. We were freaks to other hunters. That's where I came up with the concept. I took it to the social media level, and I alone. Kyle and Rudy are some of the best hunters I've ever known. Their integrity, ethics, and hunting skills are unmatched!
Kyle proudly retired from the Cost Guard. Rudy, also in the Coast Guard, got transferred. I still stay in touch with them. They do have plans to come back and hunt "our spots" in IL. I will be keeping a eye on the animals we have hunted in the past. I think I have helped these two individuals drag more deer out of that island than my own.
